Who runs the sessions?
Your team does. We handle the screener, the recruit, the scheduling and the incentives, so your researchers, designers and PMs only show up to talk to people.
Can you recruit from our own customers?
Yes. We recruit from your CRM and panel using your eligibility rules and contact limits, and from external panels when you need people you don't have.
Who owns the participants and recordings?
You do. Everything happens in your Great Question workspace, and everyone we recruit is added to your panel, with their consent.
How is the retainer priced?
Annually, sized to your study volume. Harri scopes it with you on a 20-minute call, and you leave with a price.
Can we add a researcher for one project?
Yes. A senior researcher can run a study alongside your retainer, in the same workspace. See research services for how a one-off study works.
